Geotech Asia 2025 has contracted a professional event management team for the setup and organisation of exhibition stalls. Stalls are allotted based on availability. For information on availability, costs and other details, please write to Dr. Jigisha Vashi

Location and Facilities: 

Exhibition stalls are located on the ground and first floors, in the foyer and pre-function areas. Each stall will be equipped with a power socket, table and two chairs. The entire exhibition area is within the hotel premises, fully air-conditioned and wheelchair accessible. Security is available.

Stall Sizes:  

There are three stall sizes: 3m x 3m, 3m x 2m, and 2m x 2m. Please refer to the attached layout for details and availability. Stall allotment is done on a first-come, first-served basis, upon receipt of full payment and a completed agreement form. Stall allotment is final and cannot be changed.

Setup and Dismantling:

Exhibitors can begin setting up their stalls from 5pm on 06/10/25. All stalls must be dismantled and vacated by 7pm on 10/10/25. (timings are subject to change.)

Display Guidelines:  

Exhibitors are not permitted to display signs or products in a way that obstructs or negatively affects the display of other Exhibitors

Complimentary Registration:  

One complimentary “Exhibitor” registration is included with each stall.

Exhibition Booklet:  

Exhibitor’s company description in about 150 words and company LOGO will be available in the exhibition booklet. 

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation made before 20/02/25: 60% refund of the exhibition space fee (GST amount will not be refunded).
Cancellation after 20/02/25: No refund will be issued.

Insurance:

Exhibitors are advised to secure site and transit insurance for their exhibit merchandise. Geotech Asia 2025 will not be responsible for any loss or damage, however incurred.
